Multiple Affinity Removal System

Agilent Technologies
Description
Now, for the first time, you can identify and characterize high-value, low-abundant proteins faster and more efficiently without interferences. The Agilent Multiple Affinity Removal System allows you to remove unwanted, multiple high-abundant proteins from human serum, plasma, CSF samples and more — with just one device.
With this revolutionary system, you can:
- Remove six targeted, high-abundant proteins: albumin, lgG, antitrypsin, lgA, transferrin and haptoglobin (representing 85-90% of total serum protein mass)
- Improve the results you get with protein separation methods such as 1DGE, 2DGE and MD-HPLC
- Go beyond the limitations of other affinity columns
- Expand the dynamic range of current LC/MS and electrophoretic analytical methods
- Re-use columns for at least 200 injections
- Minimize sample loss by using just one column
When combined with Agilent’s proprietary buffers and hardware/software, the Agilent Multiple Affinity Removal System creates an automated, integrated solution — improving workflow through ease of use and reduced time and costs. And it will work with any LC or HPLC equipment.
