These CLS ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of CLS in biological samples. CLS is an alias of the human RPS6KA3 gene, which encodes the protein, ribosomal protein S6 kinase A3. Notably, CLS is known to play a role in the cell cycle and nervous system development, among other functions. The RPS6KA3 protein is described to be 740 amino acid residues in length and 83.7 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in many tissues, highest levels in skeletal muscle. This protein is known to be myristoylated and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include HU-3.
Some CLS ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 1.563 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
