UBE3C ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ubiquitin protein ligase E3C, which is encoded by the UBE3C gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in protein ubiquitination. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1083 residues, a mass of 123.9 kDa, and is a member of the UBE3C protein family. It is reported to be highly expressed in skeletal muscle. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include NDSMBA, NEDSMBA, RAUL, HECT-type ubiquitin transferase E3C, RTA-associated ubiquitin ligase, and HECTH2.
Some UBE3C ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
