RAB2B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAB2B, member RAS oncogene family, which is encoded by the RAB2B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in viral immune response and Golgi organization. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 216 residues, a mass of 24.2 kDa, and is a member of the Rab protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles, ER, golgi, and cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in kidney, prostate, lung, liver, thymus, colon, pancreas, and skeletal muscle, and low levels in placenta. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include GTP-binding protein RAB2B, RAS family, member RAB2B, and ras-related protein Rab-2B.
Some RAB2B ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
