TIMD4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain containing 4, which is encoded by the TIMD4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a phosphatidylserine receptor that plays different role in immune response including phagocytosis of apoptotic cells and T-cell regulation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 378 residues, a mass of 41.6 kDa, and is a member of the TIM protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include T-cell immunoglobulin mucin receptor 4, T-cell membrane protein 4, TIM-4, and T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 4.
Some TIMD4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 20 pg/mL and as high as 18 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
