However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is found to be widely expressed at low levels in many tissues; highly expressed in testis. This protein is known to be ubiquitinated and sumoylated.
