P125A ELISA Kits

These P125A ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of P125A in biological samples. P125A is an alias of the human SEC23IP gene, which encodes the protein, SEC23 interacting protein. Notably, P125A is known to play a role in Golgi transport and Golgi organization, among other functions. The SEC23IP protein is 1000 amino acid residues in length and 111.1 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cytoplasmic vesicles, ER, and membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include MSTP053 and P125. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.

  • LabAssay™ Series Biochemical Assay Kits

The LabAssay™ Series is a collection of biochemical assay kits for analyzing samples from mice and other animals. Since analyses are performed in microtiter plates, many samples can be concurrently evaluated, and only small sample amounts are needed. For research purposes only with animal serum/plasma, Not for Diagnostic Use.
  • Human Albumin ELISA

Albumin, also called serum albumin (SA), is a 66.5 kDa globular protein synthesized by the liver and rapidly excreted into the bloodstream. Its main function is to regulate the osmotic pressure of blood, but it has other important functions such as transport and binding. Low albumin levels may indicate liver or kidney disease. The RayBio® Human Albumin ELISA can rapidly quantify albumin in human plasma, serum, cell culture supernatants, and a variety of other sample types. Features: Save time ...
