JADE1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein jade family PHD finger 1, which is encoded by the JADE1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a scaffold subunit of some HBO1 complexes, which have a histone H4 acetyltransferase activity. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 842 residues, a mass of 95.5 kDa, and is a member of the JADE protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in kidney. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include PHD finger protein 17, PHD protein Jade-1, gene for apoptosis and differentiation in epithelia, jade family PHD finger protein 1, and protein Jade-1.
Some Jade1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
