E1AF ELISA Kits

These E1AF ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of E1AF in biological samples. E1AF is an alias of the human ETV4 gene, which encodes the protein, ETS variant transcription factor 4. Notably, E1AF is known to play a role in keratinocyte differentiation and the regulation of transcription, among other functions. The ETV4 protein is 484 amino acid residues in length and 53.9 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in keratinocytes. This protein is known to be ubiquitinated, sumoylated and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include . Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.

  • LabAssay™ Series Biochemical Assay Kits

The LabAssay™ Series is a collection of biochemical assay kits for analyzing samples from mice and other animals. Since analyses are performed in microtiter plates, many samples can be concurrently evaluated, and only small sample amounts are needed. For research purposes only with animal serum/plasma, Not for Diagnostic Use.
  • Human Albumin ELISA

Albumin, also called serum albumin (SA), is a 66.5 kDa globular protein synthesized by the liver and rapidly excreted into the bloodstream. Its main function is to regulate the osmotic pressure of blood, but it has other important functions such as transport and binding. Low albumin levels may indicate liver or kidney disease. The RayBio® Human Albumin ELISA can rapidly quantify albumin in human plasma, serum, cell culture supernatants, and a variety of other sample types. Features: Save time ...
