ADAM15 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ADAM metallopeptidase domain 15, which is encoded by the ADAM15 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in angiogenesis and cell matrix adhesion. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 863 residues and a mass of 93 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and is reported to be expressed in colon and small intestine. As many as 13 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated, cleaved and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain-containing protein 15, MDC-15, a disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain 15 (metargidin), metalloprotease RGD disintegrin protein, and MDC15.
There are ADAM15 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
