CRK ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein CRK proto-oncogene, adaptor protein, which is encoded by the CRK gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell branching and adhesion mediated by BCAR1-CRK-RAPGEF1 signaling and activation of RAP1. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 304 residues, a mass of 33.8 kDa, and is a member of the CRK protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include p38, adapter molecule crk, proto-oncogene c-Crk, v-crk avian sarcoma virus CT10 oncogene homolog, v-crk sarcoma virus CT10 oncogene-like protein, and CRKII.
Some CRK ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.05 ng/mL and as high as 15 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
