RIMBP3C ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RIMS binding protein 3C, which is encoded by the RIMBP3C gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected component of the manchette, a microtubule-based structure which plays a key role in sperm head morphogenesis during late stages of sperm development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1639 residues, a mass of 181 kDa, and is a member of the RIMBP protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. Other alias names for this target include RIM-BP3.C and RIMS binding protein 3.3.
Some RIMBP3C ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
