These S1P4 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of S1P4 in biological samples. S1P4 is an alias of the human S1PR4 gene, which encodes the protein, sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 4. Notably, S1P4 is known to play a role in GPCR signaling pathways and immune response pathways, among other functions. The S1PR4 protein is described to be 384 amino acid residues in length and 41.6 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in fetal and adult lymphoid and hematopoietic tissue as well as in the lung. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include EDG6 and LPC1.
There are S1P4 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78.13 pg/mL and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
