RAB32 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAB32, member RAS oncogene family, which is encoded by the RAB32 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a A-kinase anchoring protein by binding to the type II regulatory subunit of protein kinase A and anchoring it to the mitochondrion. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 225 residues, a mass of 25 kDa, and is a member of the Rab protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and mitochondria and is reported to be widely expressed with high levels in heart, liver, kidney, bone marrow, testis, colon and fetal lung. Other alias names for this target include ras-related protein Rab-32.
