YY2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein YY2 transcription factor, which is encoded by the YY2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to function as a multifunctional transcription factor that may exhibit positive and negative control on a large number of genes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 372 residues, a mass of 41.3 kDa, and is a member of the YY transcription factor protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be expressed in kidney, liver, spleen and testis but not in colon. Other alias names for this target include transcription factor yin yang 2, yin and yang 2, zinc finger protein 631, and transcription factor YY2.
Some YY2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
