RIMBP3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RIMS binding protein 3, which is encoded by the RIMBP3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected component of the manchette, a microtubule-based structure which plays a key role in sperm head morphogenesis during late stages of sperm development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1639 residues, a mass of 180.7 kDa, and is a member of the RIMBP protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. Other alias names for this target include RIMS-binding protein 3A and RIMS binding protein 3.1.
The detection range for different RIMBP3 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
