YES1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein YES proto-oncogene 1, Src family tyrosine kinase, which is encoded by the YES1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell differentiation and innate immune responses. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 543 residues, a mass of 60.8 kDa, and is a member of the Tyr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in the epithelial cells of renal proximal tubules and stomach as well as hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow and spleen in the fetal tissues. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally palmitoylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include P61-YES, Yes, c-yes, tyrosine-protein kinase Yes, YES1 proto-oncogene, Src family tyrosine kinase, and HsT441.
Some Yes1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
