RIBC2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RIB43A domain with coiled-coils 2, which is encoded by the RIBC2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known microtubule inner protein (MIP) part of the dynein-decorated doublet microtubules (DMTs) in cilia axoneme, which is required for motile cilia beating. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 382 residues, a mass of 45.4 kDa, and is a member of the RIB43A protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. Other alias names for this target include TRIB, RIB43A-like with coiled-coils protein 2, and C22orf11.
Some RIBC2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
