ZBTB24 ELISA Kits

ZBTB24 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein zinc finger and BTB domain containing 24, which is encoded by the ZBTB24 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be involved in BMP2-induced transcription. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 697 residues, a mass of 78.3 kDa, and is a member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is found to be widely expressed, with highest levels in naive B-cells. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The ZBTB24 gene has been associated with the disease, Immunodeficiency-centromeric instability-facial anomalies syndrome. Other alias names for this target include ICF2, PATZ2, ZNF450, zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 24, POZ (BTB) and AT hook containing zinc finger 2, and BIF1.

Some ZBTB24 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
