XAB2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein XPA binding protein 2, which is encoded by the XAB2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in pre-mRNA splicing as component of the spliceosome. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 855 residues, a mass of 100 kDa, and is a member of the Crooked-neck protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include SYF1 homolog, RNA splicing factor, SYF1 pre-mRNA-splicing factor, crn-related protein kim1, and pre-mRNA-splicing factor SYF1.
Some XAB2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
