SACM1L ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SAC1 like phosphatidylinositide phosphatase, which is encoded by the SACM1L gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a phosphoinositide phosphatase, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PtdIns(4)P). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 587 residues and a mass of 67 kDa. It is known to be localized in the ER and golgi and is notably expressed in fetal brain, lung, liver, kidney, pancreas and testis. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphatase SAC1, SAC1 suppressor of actin mutations 1 like, phosphatidylinositide phosphatase SAC1, phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate phosphatase, and SAC1.
The detection range for different SACM1L ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
