EAPP ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein E2F associated phosphoprotein, which is encoded by the EAPP gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play an important role in the fine-tuning of both major E2F1 activities, the regulation of the cell-cycle and the induction of apoptosis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 285 residues and a mass of 32.8 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types.
The detection range for different EAPP ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
