GPN1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GPN-loop GTPase 1, which is encoded by the GPN1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a small gtpase required for proper nuclear import of RNA polymerase II (RNAPII). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 374 residues, a mass of 41.7 kDa, and is a member of the GPN-loop GTPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include MBDIN, NTPBP, RPAP4, XAB1, ATP(GTP)-binding protein, and ATPBD1A.
Some GPN1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
