Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in macrophage differentiation and signal transduction pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 586 residues, a mass of 65.6 kDa, and is a member of the GAB protein family. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated.
