KALRN ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein kalirin RhoGEF kinase, which is encoded by the KALRN gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to promote the exchange of GDP by GTP. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 2986 residues, a mass of 340.3 kDa, and is a member of the CAMK Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include ARHGEF24 and CHD5.
Some KALRN ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
