ODAM ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein odontogenic, ameloblast associated, which is encoded by the ODAM gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in inflammatory response pathways and the regulation of gene expression. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 279 residues, a mass of 30.8 kDa, and is a member of the ODAM protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, cytoplasm, and is secreted and is reported to be expressed in the junctional epithelium of healthy teeth. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include odontogenic ameloblast-associated protein, odontogenic, ameloblast asssociated, and APIN.
There are ODAM ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.05 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
