A4GNT ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein alpha-1,4-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase, which is encoded by the A4GNT gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the transfer of N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) to core 2 branched O-glycans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 340 residues, a mass of 39.5 kDa, and is a member of the Glycosyltransferase 32 protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and is notably expressed in stomach and pancreas. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include alpha4GnT.
The detection range for different A4GNT ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
