NAA38 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein N-alpha-acetyltransferase 38, NatC auxiliary subunit, which is encoded by the NAA38 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an auxillary component of the N-terminal acetyltransferase C (NatC) complex which catalyzes acetylation of N-terminal methionine residues. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 125 residues, a mass of 13.5 kDa, and is a member of the SnRNP Sm proteins protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include LSM domain-containing protein 1, phosphonoformate immuno-associated protein 2, and LSM domain containing 1.
The detection range for different NAA38 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
