MAD2L1BP ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein MAD2L1 binding protein, which is encoded by the MAD2L1BP gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to function to silence the spindle checkpoint and allow mitosis to proceed through anaphase by binding MAD2L1 after it has become dissociated from the MAD2L1-CDC20 complex. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 274 residues, a mass of 31.1 kDa, and is a member of the MAD2L1BP protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include caught by MAD2 protein, p31(comet), and CMT2.
Some MAD2L1BP ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
