COLEC10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein collectin subfamily member 10, which is encoded by the COLEC10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported lectin that binds to various sugars: galactose > mannose = fucose > N-acetylglucosamine > N-acetylgalactosamine. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 277 residues, a mass of 30.7 kDa, and is a member of the COLEC10/COLEC11 protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi, cytoplasm, and is secreted and is reported to be highly expressed in liver, placenta and adrenal gland. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. The COLEC10 gene has been associated with the disease, 3MC syndrome. Other alias names for this target include CL-10, CL-34, CLL1, collectin-10, collectin liver 1, and 3MC3.
There are COLEC10 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.2 ng/L and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
