VAMP3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein vesicle associated membrane protein 3, which is encoded by the VAMP3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in exocytosis and the assembly of protein complexes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 100 residues, a mass of 11.3 kDa, and is a member of the Synaptobrevin protein family. It is known to be localized in the endosome. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include cellubrevin, synaptobrevin-3, and CEB.
There are VAMP3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78.1 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
