GPA33 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein glycoprotein A33, which is encoded by the GPA33 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role in cell-cell recognition and signaling. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 319 residues and a mass of 35.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be expressed in normal gastrointestinal epithelium and in 95% of colon cancers. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated and palmitoylated. Other alias names for this target include cell surface A33 antigen, glycoprotein A33 (transmembrane), transmembrane glycoprotein A33, and A33.
There are GPA33 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
