These T3 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of T3 in biological samples. T3 is an alias of the human SLC25A5 gene, which encodes the protein, solute carrier family 25 member 5. Notably, T3 is known to play a role in the differentiation of certain cell types, among other functions. The SLC25A5 protein is described to be 298 amino acid residues in length and 32.9 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the mitochondria of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in erythrocytes. This protein is known to be methylated. Other names for this target antigen include 2F1, AAC2, and ANT2.
Some T3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.74 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
