GPR75 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein G protein-coupled receptor 75, which is encoded by the GPR75 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a G protein-coupled receptor that is activated by the chemokine CCL5/RANTES. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 540 residues, a mass of 59.4 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed at high levels in the brain and spinal cord and at detectable levels in retinal pigment epithelium. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include WI31133, probable G-protein coupled receptor 75, and GPRchr2.
The detection range for different GPR75 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
