P115-RHOGEF ELISA Kits

These P115-RHOGEF ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of P115-RHOGEF in biological samples. P115-RHOGEF is an alias of the human ARHGEF1 gene, which encodes the protein, Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1. Notably, P115-RHOGEF is known to play a role in GPCR signaling pathways, among other functions. The ARHGEF1 protein is 912 amino acid residues in length and 102.4 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 4 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include GEF1, IMD62, and LBCL2.
