NACA ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nascent polypeptide associated complex subunit alpha, which is encoded by the NACA gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the regulation of transcription and protein transport. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 215 residues, a mass of 23.4 kDa, and is a member of the NAC-alpha protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include NAC-alpha, NACA1, skNAC, alpha-NAC, muscle-specific form, nascent-polypeptide-associated complex alpha polypeptide, and HSD48.
Some NACA ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
