RHOU ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ras homolog family member U, which is encoded by the RHOU gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act upstream of PAK1 to regulate the actin cytoskeleton, adhesion turnover and increase cell migration. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 258 residues, a mass of 28.2 kDa, and is a member of the Rho protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and cell membrane and is widely expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include 2310026M05Rik, CDC42-like GTPase 1, GTP-binding protein SB128, GTP-binding protein like 1, Ryu GTPase, and rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoU.
Some Rhou ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
