These TACI ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of TACI in biological samples. TACI is an alias of the human TNFRSF13B gene, which encodes the protein, TNF receptor superfamily member 13B. Notably, TACI is known to play a role in adaptive immune responses and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other functions. The TNFRSF13B protein is 293 amino acid residues in length and 31.8 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be highly expressed in spleen, thymus, small intestine and peripheral blood leukocytes. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include CD267, CVID, and CVID2.
Some TACI ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 6.25 pg/mL and as high as 80 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
