ABCC11 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 11, which is encoded by the ABCC11 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an aTP-dependent transporter of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) family that actively extrudes physiological compounds, and xenobiotics from cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1382 residues, a mass of 154.3 kDa, and is a member of the ABCC protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in ceruminous apocrine gland. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include ATP-binding cassette transporter MRP8, ATP-binding cassette transporter sub-family C member 11, ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C (CFTR/MRP), member 11, and ATP-binding cassette protein C11.
The detection range for different ABCC11 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.31 ng/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
