RAB13 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAB13, member RAS oncogene family, which is encoded by the RAB13 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in insulin signaling pathways and cytoskeleton organization. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 203 residues, a mass of 22.8 kDa, and is a member of the Rab protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles, golgi, and cell membrane and is notably expressed in several types of epithelia, including intestine, kidney, liver and in endothelial cells.
