LDHAL6A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lactate dehydrogenase A like 6A, which is encoded by the LDHAL6A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the interconversion of L-lactate and pyruvate with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide NAD(+) as a coenzyme. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 332 residues, a mass of 36.5 kDa, and is a member of the LDH protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to have testis-specific expression. Other alias names for this target include L-lactate dehydrogenase A-like 6A and LDHA-like protein 6A.
Some LDHAL6A ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
