WRAP53 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein WD repeat containing antisense to TP53, which is encoded by the WRAP53 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a RNA chaperone that plays a key role in telomere maintenance and RNA localization to Cajal bodies. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 548 residues, a mass of 59.3 kDa, and is a member of the TCAB1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be expressed in all tissues and cell lines examined. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. The WRAP53 gene has been associated with the disease, Dyskeratosis congenita. Other alias names for this target include TCAB1, WDR79, telomerase Cajal body protein 1, WD repeat-containing protein 79, WD repeat-containing protein WRAP53, and DKCB3.
The detection range for different WRAP53 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
