TRAT1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein T cell receptor associated transmembrane adaptor 1, which is encoded by the TRAT1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in adaptive immune responses and signal transduction pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 186 residues and a mass of 21.2 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in thymus, and to a lesser extent in spleen, lymph node and peripheral blood lymphocytes. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include TCRIM, TRIM, pp29/30, T-cell receptor-associated transmembrane adapter 1, T cell receptor interacting molecule, and HSPC062.
There are TRAT1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
