ATP6V1G3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit G3, which is encoded by the ATP6V1G3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known subunit of the V1 complex of vacuolar(H+)-ATPase (V-ATPase), a multisubunit enzyme composed of a peripheral complex (V1) that hydrolyzes ATP and a membrane integral complex (V0) that translocates protons. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 118 residues, a mass of 13.9 kDa, and is a member of the V-ATPase G subunit protein family. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal (vacuolar proton pump) subunit G3, ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal 13kDa, V1 subunit G3, V-ATPase 13 kDa subunit 3, and V-type proton ATPase subunit G 3.
Some ATP6V1G3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
