CCR9 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-C motif chemokine receptor 9, which is encoded by the CCR9 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for chemokine SCYA25/TECK. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 369 residues, a mass of 42 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in the thymus and low in lymph nodes and spleen. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include CDw199, GPR-9-6, GPR28, C-C chemokine receptor type 9, G protein-coupled receptor 28, and CC-CKR-9.
Some CCR9 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
