F2R ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein coagulation factor II thrombin receptor, which is encoded by the F2R gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a high affinity receptor for activated thrombin coupled to G proteins that stimulate phosphoinositide hydrolysis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 425 residues, a mass of 47.4 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated, cleaved and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include HTR, PAR-1, PAR1, TR, proteinase-activated receptor 1, protease-activated receptor 1, and CF2R.
Some F2R ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 1.953 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
