F2RL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein F2R like trypsin receptor 1, which is encoded by the F2RL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for trypsin and trypsin-like enzymes coupled to G proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 397 residues, a mass of 44.1 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is found to be widely expressed in tissues with especially high levels in pancreas, liver, kidney, small intestine, and colon. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated, ubiquitinated, cleaved and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include PAR2, proteinase-activated receptor 2, G-protein coupled receptor 11, coagulation factor II (thrombin) receptor-like 1, protease-activated receptor 2, and GPR11.
Some F2RL1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 7 ng/L and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
