CCRL2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-C motif chemokine receptor like 2, which is encoded by the CCRL2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for CCL19 and chemerin/RARRES2. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 344 residues, a mass of 39.5 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is noted to be expressed abundantly in immunal tissues such as spleen, fetal liver, lymph node and bone marrow. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include CKRX, CRAM, CRAM-A, CRAM-B, HCR, C-C chemokine receptor-like 2, atypical chemokine receptor 5, and ACKR5.
There are CCRL2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
