KLK14 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein kallikrein related peptidase 14, which is encoded by the KLK14 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in proteolysis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 267 residues, a mass of 29.1 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase S1 protein family. It is known to be secreted and is reported to be highly expressed in CNS, bone marrow and fetal liver. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved. Other alias names for this target include kallikrein-14, kallikrein-like protein 6, and KLK-L6.
There are KLK14 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 1.5 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
