XCL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein X-C motif chemokine ligand 1, which is encoded by the XCL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell to cell signaling and TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 114 residues, a mass of 12.5 kDa, and is a member of the Intercrine gamma protein family. It is known to be secreted and is reported be highly expressed in spleen, lower in peripheral leukocytes and very low levels in the lung, colon and small intestine. Other alias names for this target include LPTN, LTN, SCM-1, SCM-1a, SCM1, SCM1A, SCYC1, and ATAC.
There are XCL1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 6.25 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
